Monthly Archives: April 2015

Brothers – Time continues to move quickly. I am sorry that I have not posted any new news recently. Like everyone else, my life has been busy. Our lodge continues to grow and expand. We have two new Master Masons: Doug Jonesi and Joseph Swalina. They both continue to ask great questions and I look forward to watching them grow our craft. We will be looking to initiate two new men real soon. As the dates get set up I will send out the information. I hope that we can continue to have great turn out for the degrees. It is very impressive when a new brother sees the support and friendship of our lodge.

We have several new officers in our lodge. Brother Tony Mesa is our Sr. Deacon; Bro.Richard Wisely is our Jr. Steward; Bro. Mike Gatschet is our new Chaplain and Bro. Rick Kingcade is back in the line as our Marshall. Seeing the looks on these Brothers faces as they were installed was great to watch. Please extend your wishes and support to these Brothers.

It is time to let our hair down and relax. Our annual “Tax Day Party” to celebrate the end of tax season will be this Saturday 04-25-15 at 7:00 PM. It is open to adults and friends. We will get together at the Raytown Fraternal Order of Police Club located at 100032 E. 63rd St. Raytown, MO. Bring your favorite beverage and snack food to share. We will visit and tell funny stories to pass the time. This has been a great event the past several years.

Our next meeting will be Thursday May 7 at 7:30 PM. All our regular communications are the first and third Thursdays each month. I hope everyone is healthy and able to enjoy the warmer weather that is moving our way. I hope everyone is able to join us for our last few meetings before we go dark for the summer.

Fraternally,
Tom Saccardi
